  • Development of housing design for in-principle approval by client
  • Selection of preferred builder and specialist equipment (if required) for presentation to client
  • Modification of selected housing design in consultation with client, builder and all suppliers
  • Integration of home design and equipment to achieve an optimally functional, attractive and cost-effective home
  • Preparation and documentation of a comprehensive brief for selected builder’s price quotation
  • Consultation with all parties to refine and finalise design and quotation
  • Monitoring of all accessible design elements of the project during the construction phase
  • Final inspection of home prior to settlement with client and/or client’s advisors to check for compliance with the agreed design and relevant regulations

  • Briefing a selected builder where a client wishes to modify his or her current home for sale
  • Referral to specialist occupational therapy services
  • Referral to other specialist suppliers including advocates to assist with submissions to trustees, government agencies and other decision makers
